29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:     (a) Colorado Storm Solutions @ 2110 Taft Ave., Loveland, CO 80538: On and before November 14th, 2011, the controlling employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by subcontractor employees engaged in roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single-family home. Employees were not utilizing a fall protective system. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
