29 CFR 1926.302(a)(1): The noncurrent-carrying metal parts of electrical power operated hand tool(s) were not grounded, or of the approved double insulated type: On or about 11/17/11 during construction activities including but not limited to plumbing work, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from electrical shock hazards by ensuring all electric power operated tools were properly grounded. Employees were using a Porter Gable 175 psi air compressor that had the ground plug missing.
