The employees perform operations including, but not limited to, operating shears, slitters, cranes, etc.    NOTE:  The assessment shall be written, titled, dated and certified b y the signature.  The required documented training shall include the following:    1)  When PPE is necessary;    2)  What PPE is necessary;    3)  Limitations of the PPE;    4)  How to properly wear and use PPE; and    5)  Inspection and care of the PPE
