29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)John Evans Contracting, LLC @ 6001 Huntington Hills, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before October 18th, 2011, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single-family home. Employees were not utilizing a fall protection system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15'. John Evans Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314662255, Citation Number 1, Item 1 issued on January 28th, 2011, and became Final Order on February 18th, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1401 11th Street, Greeley, CO 80631.
