29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard: (a) Building Restoration Corporation at 218 First Street SE, Minot, ND 58701: On or before October 26, 2011, the employer permitted employees to work in city streets, and on elevated manlifts parked in the travelled way, without the use of advanced warning signs on First Street and onThird Avenue South. Condition exposed employees to struck-by and fall hazards. Abatement note: Sections 6C.03 and 6.C04 of the MUTCD discuss requirements associated with advance warning areas, providing that the advanced warning area is that section of the highway where road users are informed about the upcoming work zone or incident area.
