29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) HDC Development Companies, LLC. at The Pines Building D, Minot, ND 58701: On or about October 26, 2011, the employer did not ensure that framing contractor employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns. Condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 30 feet.
