29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: Workers were observed engaged in residential construction activities repairing damaged steep sloped roof sections on an existing building. Workers were exposed to potential fall hazards from distances from heights 18.0 feet at the roof eave, 28.0 feet at the peak, and with a slope of 6/12 & 8/12 in that a inspection of the jobsite by a competent person was not conducted.

Workers were exposed to potential fall hazards from heights of 18.0 & 28.0 feet in that a proper method of fall protection was not utilized.
