29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(1)(i): Where methylene chloride was present in the workplace, the employer did not determine each employee's exposure: On 11/28/2011, the employer had not determined each employee's exposure to methylene chloride which was contained in an anti-spatter used by a setup welder located along the east walkway of the facility. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED. BROADWIND TOWERS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(1)(i), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 89461, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3a AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 09/16/2011 , WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 300 SOUTH 16TH ST, MANITOWOC, WI 54221.
