CFR 1926.20(b) (2): The employer did not provide programs for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a)Morning Star Construction Services, LLC, 5192 E. 119th Way, Thornton, CO 80233: On and before November 30, 2011, the controlling employer did not perform site safety inspections to ensure that subcontractor employees were not exposed to potential safety and health hazards. Siix subcontractor employees were working on a residential home roof without adequate fall protective measures in place. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard ranging from 10 to 25 feet.
