29 CFR 1910.268(j)(4)(iv)(A):     Manufacturer's specifications, load ratings and instructions for derrick operation shall be strictly observed:    On or about 11/30/11, the employer did not ensure subcontractor employees were using a telescopic aerial (TEL-29-NEO2) according to manufacturers specifications. Subcontractor employees were observed moving the vehicle with the TEL-29- NEO2 in the elevated position with an employee in the work platform.
