9 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(i): Temporary electrical power and lighting installations rated 600 volts, nominal, or less were used for purposes other than those permitted in subparagraphs (A), (B) and (C) of this paragraph: (a) East Entry of Break Room: On 11/30/11 and at times prior thereto, an extension cord was used as permanent wiring for items such as a stereo and DC charging equipment. (b) West Exit of Break Room: On 11/30/11 and at times prior thereto, an extension cord was used as permanent wiring for a window-mounted air conditioner. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
