29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about November 29, 2011, at the site address listed above, an employee was working in the basket of a vehicle-mounted aerial lift elevated approximately six to eight feet from ground level without a body belt and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket. Therefore, the employee was exposed to the hazards associated with falls.
