29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    a) Employee(s) using the unguarded Dake H-frame press to bend and/or straighten materials were exposed to a point of operation hazard.      b) Employee(s) operating the Komo vertical CNC left the doors open while the machine cycled. The doors were not interlocked with the operating circuitry to prevent start-up and/or operation while the doors were open.     Abatement Certification and Abatement Documentation Required.
