29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line and safety monitoring system. On or about December 6, 2011 employees were on a roof performing roofing work without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 13.2 to 23.6 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
