29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a. On or about December 6, 2011, at a jobsite located at 234 East Marquette Road, Chicago, IL 60637 Employees performing power washing of walls from a ladder jack scaffold approximately eleven (11) feet above ground level were not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
