29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: a) South side of structure, southwest corner of parking lot; On or about January 6, 2011 and at times prior thereto, two trailer mounted 300 gallon LP tanks supplying gas to temporary heaters in the structure were placed in the parking lot and exposed to vehicular traffic including an articulating aerial lift. Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
