29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Employees working on a 6 in 12 steep commercial roof approximately 15 feet above grade were not utilizing any method of fall protection. Homar Corral dba Homar Corral Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 92453, Citation Number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 3505 Rural St. Rockford, IL. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item
