29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace or work operation where exposure monitoring is required under this section did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees may have been exposed: (a) On or about May 12, 2011 through June 29, 2011 asbestos-containing pipe insulation, floor tile and mastic was removed and there was no air monitoring done to determine employee exposure to asbestos. (b) On or about November 22, 2011 asbestos-containing pipe insulation was removed and there was no air monitoring done to determine employee exposure to asbestos.
