29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2):     Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition:    On 12/8/11, the floor was wet near the base of the container where the material skimmed from the Hi-heat furnace surface was deposited.  The furnace temperature is approximately 1550 degrees farenheit.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:    a) On 12/8/11, in the area of the heat treating baths, the high-heat furnace containing Nu-Sal, or furnace area did not have a label or placard.    b) On 12/8/11, in the area of the heat treating baths, the bath containing Thermo-Quench C, or bath area did not have a label or placard.    c) On 12/8/11, in the area of the heat treating, the wash tank was not labeled.    d) On 12/8/11, in the press area, bottles of lubricant for the press operation were not labeled.      Abatement documentation and Abatement Certification Required.
