29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid: Talo Verde Estates, tract 13105 lot 8: : On or about 07 DEC 11 and at times prior thereto, workers constructing a new home were 10-20 minutes away from the nearest hospital. Nobody had a valid certificate in first-aid training to render treatment in the event of a fall or injury on the job site.
