29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means:    a. Air compressor area - On or about September 22, 2011, employees were required to work with and operate the Powerex air compressor system near a disconnect box with exposed wires (220 Volts). Employees were thereby exposed to the electrical hazards associated with live parts.     b. Barrel washer area - On or about September 22, 2011, employees were required to work with and operate the barrel washer system near an open junction box with exposed wires (120 Volts).  Employees were thereby exposed to the electrical hazards associated with live parts.    c. Chiming area - On or about September 22, 2011, employees were required to open a 220 Volt relay control panel door to operate the barrel conveyor system.  Employees were thereby exposed to the electrical hazards associated with live parts.
