29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Intel Cubicle 148; A Mr. Coffee coffee pot was plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power tap's UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to potential electrical fire hazards. b) Intel Break Area; A Magic Chef microwave, George Foreman toaster oven, and full size GE refrigerator were plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power tap's UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to potential electrical fire hazards. c) Ladies Locker Room; A relocatable power tap was mounted onto the counter top, violating the power tap's UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to potential electrical fire hazards. d) Room 131; A RE fan was plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power tap's UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to potential electrical fire hazards. e) Room 130; A small refrigerator was plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power tap's UL listing and labeling and exposing employees to potential electrical fire hazards.
