29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: Employees working in a waste water treatment plant were not provided with protective gloves to prevent exposure to contaminants that are found in the site. The employer had one set of gloves and there had been up to five employees onsite at one time.
