29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    Entire facility.  The employer did not develop, document and require machine operators and maintenance employees to utilize machine-specific procedures for the control of hazardous energy sources when performing servicing and maintenance (including setup, die changes and cleaning tasks) on machines and equipment such as printing presses, gluer/folders and die-cutting machines.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
