29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) When walking through the bus parking lot and the front parking lot, bus drivers and other workers were exposed to tripping hazards caused by pot holes and uneven ground. For example, in the southeast corner of the bus parking lot there was a large water-filled rut adjacent to bus #7448, which was approximately 2 to 3 inches deep with a width of 20 feet and length of 40 feet In the car parking lot located in front of the office, some water-filled pot holes were observed having approximate diameter of 3 feet and depth of 3 inches.
