Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a. Job Lot Storage Area - On or about December 14, 2011, pallets with job lot cardboard were not stacked in a stable and secure manner. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with collapsing material.
