29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidentalcontact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means: a) Employees were exposed to shock, and/or electrocution hazard(s) when plugging in the laptop inside the open cabinet of the Kiln Controller panel, exposing them to live parts. b) Employees were exposed to shock hazards in that the control panel cover for the trim saw line was open and could not be closed or secured exposing employees to contact. c) In the wood stacking area of the Kilm, the motor for the fan was not covered exposing employees to live parts (terminal screw). d) In the incline saw cutting area the juction box for the lighting system was missing a cover exposing to live parts.
