Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about January 31, 2012, an employee in molding area was exposed to respiratory irritation from metal fumes, silica dust and sand gases while performing mold making operations, and the employee did not know what Silica dust and Material Safety Data Sheets were, nor what the respiratory hazards were in his work area. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
