29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipmentoperating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures: a. On or about December 19, 2011, at the above addressed jobsite, energized 120 volt electrial panels were not enclosed, thereby exposing subcontractor employees to electric shocks, arc flashes and arc blasts.
