29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): Industrial truck in use did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks:    a. Site- Employees working from the roof and a scaffold being supported by a sky track, model- 5030-4, serial #- 8E0012, all terrain fork lift did not have a means of egress when the forklift was left unattended by the operator. Also the employee working from the scaffold was exposed to a fall hazard where the fork lift was parked on an incline without the wheels being blocked.     American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks, section 603 (E) requires that When leaving a powered industrial truck unattended, load engaging means shall be fully lowered, controls shall be neutralized, power shut off, brakes set, key or connector plug removed. Block wheels if parked on an incline.
