29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a. On or about December 13, 2011, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting masonry operations from a tubular welded framed scaffold, eleven (11) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were exposed to fall hazards due to the lack of a guardrail system, at the end of the outrigger platform.
