29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Overbey Roofing Inc., at 2212 Vermont Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80525: On December 29, 2011 the employer did not ensure that all employees were protected from injury, in that a supervisor was on the roof during roofing operations without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 12 feet.
