29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):    A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    Note to paragraph (b)(2)(v):  As of January 1, 1998, Subpart M of this part provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a fall arrest system.    On 08/09/2011, an employee did not wear a harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket of a truck mounted boom lift while performing painting/coating operations on the exterior of a third floor window which was greater than 6 feet above the ground level.
