29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a)AO Roofing @ 3501 Camelot St., Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before December 14th, 2011, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single-family home. Employees were not utilizing a fall protective system. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
