29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph. (a) Remodel of Bear Lake Memorial Hospital, on or about January 4, 2012, and at time prior thereto, employees were using power from a demolished wall outlet. The outlet was damaged and not properly guarded to protect employees from the hazard of an electrical shock. Note: No abatement certification is required. Item was corrected immediately.
