29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: (a) On the jobsite: On or about January 5, 2012, and at times prior thereto, an employee using a pnemuatic nail gun to install siding was not using safety glasses. (b) On the jobsite: On or about January 5, 2012, and at times prior thereto, an employee using a circular saw to cut siding was not using safety glasses. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
