29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. Employees reroofing a two story house were not protected from falling by complete personal fall arrest systems or techniques. Mullens Siding and Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or an equivalent Standard, contained in OSHA Inspection #309839355, Citation #1, Item #1a, which was affirmed as a Final Order on 09/13/07 with respect to a workplace located at 11th St. and Indiana Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081.
