29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. A. Scott's Quality Concrete, Inc. worksite located at 4820 Lakeside Dr., Monclova, Ohio: On or about January 9, 2011, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from head injuries while working below a roofing contractor installing weatherproofing. Due to this condition, employees were potentially exposed to impact injuries caused from falling material and/or equipment.
