On or about Jauary 5, 2012, employees who operate the sorter machine number LS-2 are not protected against in-going nip points from the conveyor system. The conveyors belt runs at 60 feet per minute.    m. On or about Jauary 5, 2012, employees who operate the sorter machine number LS-3 are not protected against in-going nip points from the conveyor system. The conveyors belt runs at 60 feet per minute.     n.
