29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(ix): Where cutting or welding was done near walls, partitions, ceiling or roof of combustible construction, fire-resistant shields or guards were not provided to prevent ignition: (a) On or about May 3, 2012, and at times prior, at GlassAdvantage, Inc. located at 230 15th Street NW in West Fargo, North Dakota, a cardboard partition had been installed on one side of the area, leaving the other side of the welding area unprotected, and was in close enough proximity to welding operations that burn holes were present in the cardboard partition.
