29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.      a) Located adjacent to the front entryway / canopy of the structure there was a 3 buck high self supported tubular welded frame scaffold observed in use by employees which was not protected by standard guardrails or equivalent exposing employee(s) to a fall potential in excess of 11'6".
