29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Giambrone Masonry Inc. - Hudson, Ohio: On or about January 18, 2012, the employer failed to provide medical evaluations to those employees who were required to wear dust masks while cutting and mixing concrete. Employees were exposed to hazards from aggravation of pulmonary issues, such as, but not limited to, asthma and emphysema.
