29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Simon Puentes at 550 Galapago St, Denver, CO 80204: On and before January 19, 2012, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees removing shingles from a 10-in-12 pitch roof on a one-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet.
