29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent): a) Outside display board, #22306E: On January 13, 2012 an employee involved with changing the face of an outdoor display board was not protected by the fall protection system that was in place on the exterior working platform. b) Outside display board, #22306E: On January 13, 2012 an employee involved with changing the face of an outdoor display board was not protected by the fall protection system that was in place when moving from the upper interior working platform towards the aerial lift. c) Outside display board, #22306E: On January 13, 2012 and times prior thereto, the horizontal cable installed on the platform, as part of the fall protection system that was in place did not extend the full length of the exterior working platform. Note) Abatement certification and documentation ARE required for this item.
