29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) On or about January 12, 2012, and at times prior thereto, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 8 feet by installing trusses without fall protection and working from the top plate. Note: Abatement certification IS NOT required for this item. Mandere Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309971208, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2007, with respect to a workplace located at 2631 Nez Perce Dr., Lewiston, ID 83501.
