29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Employee(s) tasked with dispensing corrosive cleaning and sanitizing chemicals in the Feta Packagaing Department did not have access to an eye wash suitable to provide for the quick flushing of the eyes. The list of corrosive chemicals includes, but is not limited to: San-I-King and Enrich. Wiskerchen Cheese, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176 (b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313132508, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 6, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 5710 County Road H, Auburndale, WI 54412.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material createed a hazard: In the Feta Packaging chemical storage room acids and bases were stored in close proximity creating a hazard, and mixing these chemicals would result in an exothermic reaction releasing heat and toxic vapors. Wiskerchen Cheese, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176 (b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313132508, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on April 6, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 5710 County Road H, Auburndale, WI 54412.
