Compressed air shall not be used for cleaning purposes except wherereduced to less than 30 p.s.i. and then only with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment. a) In the production area, an employee was using a compressed air nozzle at approximately 80 psi for cleaning. The nozzele was not equipped with blow out holes. Abatement certification must be provided for this item.
