29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace in which there is a potential exposure to airborne lead at any level shall inform employees of the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation. (a) At the facility, on or about 1/19/2012: The shop employees were recycling lead containing scrap metal and lead acid batteries where airborne lead was present and they were not informed of Appendices A and B of the standard. EMPLOYER WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION # 310749502 (OIS # 147478), CITATION (01), ITEM (03), ISSUED ON 10/17/2007.
