29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: (a) The employer did not have the material safety data sheet for the headliner in the Chevrolet Suburban, which was causing skin and respiratory irritation for employees in the commercial division, who had to cut the headliner with a small saw to re-install it after the vehicle was armored.
