If such hazards are present, or likely to be present, the employer shall: a. On or about January 23, 2012, in the Food and Nutrition area, the personal protective equipment assessment was not adequate in that, employees required to wash carts with a sodium hydroxide solution were not provided a chemical resistant apron.
